milkmade flavor of the day: Cheerwine

If you’re from or have ever lived in the South, you’ll know the excitement we experienced upon returning home one day last week to find a box of bottled Cheerwine!
Cheerwine is the burgundy-red soft drink, created in 1917 in North Carolina, and currently has limited distribution, centering in the South. It’s like Cherry Coke, but much, much better (and sweetened with actual cane sugar). Diana’s boyfriend introduced her to it on a trip South Carolina this summer, and, knowing we wanted to turn into into ‘scream, ordered the case. Amazing!
